Now what is a 10:points: commission giveaway?

hello everyone! At first I was just trying to rase money for ~Jizlum (https://www.deviantart.com/jizlum) but I find doing these very fun! So I made another account JUST for them :D! My friend is also helping me with maintaining it as well :)
